Executive Job Description | Accountable for data integrity, ensuring that all relevant systems are updated and maintained on a timely basis. Additionally, will act as owner of the rail fleet contact list, and rail fleet web site, ensuring that all content is maintained and current. Manage lease contract agreements and expirations, update databases, and track communicate rail car off hire and on-hire events. On a weekly basis administer all invoices, including but not limited to lease and maintenance charges, storage, and railcar inspections. Populate the required monthly reports, and continuously reconcile external/internal fleet data for continuity. Take a leading or assisting role in driving projects, including but not limited to System Updates, Railcar storage review, and mechanical specification review
Bachelors Degree is required. Minimum of five years related experience in Supply Chain Management Excellent project management, analytical, and problem solving skills to analyze Railcar Fleet data Incumbent should demonstrate previous work experience with a strong attention to detail and organization, above average verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to drive stakeholders to submit the input required to complete Fleet Management tasks. Must be able to successfully track and communicate complex data changes to stakeholders Proficiency in data measurement and manipulation, such as utilization of sorting, counting, "if then" and other related functionalities in systems like MS Office Excel and Access used for reporting.
