Executive Job Description	CLINICAL PHARMACIST PBM EXTRAORDINARY growth for this national PBM has created a need to add several pharmacists! Locations in : Fresno, CA: Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH; St. Louis, MO. Provide timely drug therapy for Medicaid health plan members by processing prior authorization and medical necessity requests. Supervision and support of assigned pharmacy technicians working on the Clinical Pharmacist’s PA Triage Team. Participate on quarterly Drug Utilization Review Committee. Provide supportive clinical/data information for the Drug Utilization Review meetings as an integral component of utilization management. Ensure appropriate quality controls and initiates opportunities for performance improvement in pharmacy/practice. Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor's degree or advanced pharmacy degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) from an accredited college of pharmacy. 1 year of PBM, hospital or retail pharmacy experience required. Clinical pharmacy experience in managed healthcare preferred, but will consider others. Licenses/Certifications: Requires a Pharmacy licensure in the state of interest : CA, OH, MO, TX
