Executive Job Description	Treasury Management Consultant Skill Set Requirements A current growth area is in the field of Treasury Services and fee based product and services. The product offerings in this area continue to migrate from paper based offerings to electronic and image based services. The challenge for banks continues to be the downward pressure on pricing as transactions transition to electronic delivery. The challenge is to manage transaction and product risk while maintaining margins. opportunity to leverage current and recent TM engagements as banks look to reorganize TM functionality particularly in the Sales and Product Management areas.
