Executive Job Description | This is a key strategic planning and coordination role for a global company that will be the glue that holds the strategic planning, and business development process together as the senior adviser to the top North American executive. This is a highly visible and important role with an exciting career trajectory.
While this job is not in White Plains, its located close by, so you’ll need to be able to reside or commute to this area of New York. Travel is about 25%.
This role involves working with very complex business issues in marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, etc. to include the ability to help solve and develop solutions regarding the company’s strategic direction. This involves helping set and achieve goals across the enterprise that includes strategic alliances and business development matters.
You must be a master communicator and have the personality to facilitate communications between multi-functional team members and Senior Management that will involve integrated analytical support and strategic consultation on major issues facing the business.
This will require 10+ years overall experience of which the most recent 3-5 years has been at a senior staff level in a company with sophisticated strategic planning processes. We’re looking for a background and strong understanding of either the consumer goods industry, pharmaceutical, medical devices industries. Of course, you’ll likely have an advanced business degree, but we’re more interested in your experience and what you have accomplished.
