Executive Job Description	Major consulting firm specializing in Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing Services has just created a new opportunity for a senior consulting actuary in the New York Metropolitan area. They are offering the opportunity to take over an existing practice that generates over $2 million in consulting fee revenues. This is also an opportunity for limitless financial growth as the firm has an enviable client base in which to grow the retirement plans practice. You will take over some major national accounts serviced out of the metro area, manage junior actuaries and support staff on these accounts, cross-sell an array of other services and grow the practice within their client base. We are looking for an ASA/EA or FSA/EA who has some consulting background. You must have good communication skills, good client management skills and the ability to make presentation to expand the business. This is a leadership and practice development role with the security of an existing practice in your hands. You can be based in New York City or out of Northern New Jersey. Will relocate. Excellent incentives and base salary with rapid growth to and equity position.
