Executive Job Description	Compensation: $150K - $225K / Year Minimum Education: Bachelors Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: EJFJA1 Front Office Technology - Trading and order entry systems - Front office process knowledge (on-boarding) - Ops/tech Front office focus Experienced individuals with experience managing or designing/implementing front office trading and order entry systems for OTC derivatives (or similar experience with other asset classes). Strong experience in solution design, knowledge of vendor capabilities and ability to evaluate different solution options (i.e. SEF's such as Tradeweb, MarketAxxess, Bloomberg, etc) for OTC derivatives with deep understanding of OTC and exchange based trading. Individual should have a background in capital markets with OMS vendors or held a major role in the front office technology department at a large financial institution. Front office experience with on-boarding and/or compliance and surveillance technology solutions are also sought (across broader pool of candidates).
