Executive Job Description
The Senior Manager of BPM will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities
* Partner with business partners to optimize and enhance business processes
* Assist in identifying process improvement and cost optimization opportunities and communicate these ideas back into the O&I organization via Account Management
* Hold accountability for monitoring business process performance relative to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Assist in leading communities of expertise for O&I colleagues and business partners relating to specific business processes (e.g. order- to-cash)
* Drive project teams and site QA leads to promote and validate continued business process compliance and may be designated as a system owner
* Maintain awareness of internal directives and applicable external regulations to ensure business processes meet compliance requirements
* Provides leadership to direct reports in alignment with the organizational principles as applicable
* Ability to operate in a fast, dynamic environment focused on aggressive growth and work independently and effectively across the global organization.
* Adheres to global project management best practices and standards.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Qualifications
B.S. in Business, Information or related technical field is required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.
12 years with direct business information systems deployment experience.
Candidate must possess excellent IT and business consulting experience and BI data architect knowledge
Candidate must have business process experience in one or more functional areas (Marketing, Sales, Finance or Product Supply)
BI Tool expertise with a minimum of one of the following tools: MicroStrategy, Oracle, Teradata, Microsoft
An equivalent combination of education and experience can supersede degree requirement.
3 years leading organizations and/or large teams with the ability to use flexible leadership skills.
Candidate must be innovative, persistent and committed to a successful completion of assignments on-time with complete accuracy.
Excellent oral communication skills are essential in this role.
This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders.
