Executive Job Description	Major international management consulting firm has just created a new senior level management position in their health and welfare benefits consulting practice in the New York City area. Their H&W practice has been expanding on a regional basis creating a need for a project manager who can not only manage multiple clients in multiple locations but also manage and mentor junior consultants. Hands on experience dealing with health benefits for major corporate clients is a must and a strong financial background needed. FSA preferred but not required. We are looking for an experienced consultant who can manage a couple of this firm’s largest clients with multiple locations. Experience in plan design, vendor management and negotiations along with broad group health plan implementation and communications. This is a senior level role with a very attractive base salary and up to 40% in bonuses. Will relocate New York.
