The Core Process Excellence team works with clients to find the process improvement and business value that can result from ERP implementations, upgrades and consolidation. Job Responsibilities:
Principal
• Business Development - Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice and the firm
• Project Management - Lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics. Provide overall project management necessary to deliver a quality solution that meets the client’s business requirements.
• Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business and technical solutions to support Best Practice implementations
Qualities, Experience, and Skills
• Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4
• Ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, information requirements, process, organization and technology
• Well versed in working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and suggesting process improvements.
• Delivery and Business development profile in ERP transformation; multiple large, complex SAP related consulting projects.
• Primary area of expertise: SAP enabled business transformation
• Experience should include multiple full life cycle implementation experiences throughout all phases of the package implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement, supplier relationship management (SRM), procure to pay (P2P), spend performance management (SPM), strategic sourcing
• Knowledge of SAP SRM, SAP SPM, SAP CLM
• A leader and key contributor in project management of large SAP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional Areas
• In depth knowledge of ASAP-based Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 4 days a week
