Executive Job Description | The Organizational Change Manager is a generalist with expertise in guiding business transformation initiatives through process reengineering and organizational change. The Organizational Change Manager is comfortable with occasional C Level Executive interaction and experienced in executive alignment and coaching methods. The Organizational Change Manager will report to a Senior Organization Change Manager who will generally be the project lead. The role is ‘People Change Management’ focused, candidates must have handled training, strategy, etc. This new role requires experience in the following three major skill sets: • Strategy • Executive Alignment & Coaching • System Development Life Cycle/ERP
Training strategy may be a part of the role, but not training delivery.
Individuals may conduct needs analyses, handle Executive alignment workshops and Business Strategy operations model sessions.
Job Responsibilities: The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for the following: • Work on Organizational Change engagements • Coach and Align Executives • Develop a Case For Action and align leaders around it • Develop a Vision & Value Proposition and align Leaders around it • Develop an Operating Model and align Leaders around it • Develop a Transformation Roadmap and align Leaders around it • Develop a Business Case and align Leaders around it • Set up and manage a Change Agent Network • Develop and execute Communication programs • Develop and execute Training programs • Evaluate process and technology changes on existing organization, jobs and skill sets • Organization & Job Design • Align Stakeholders
Experience Requirements CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
Minimum 7 years relevant consulting experience working on large scale, high profile Oracle ERP projects coming from ‘Big Four’ caliber consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, CapGemini, HP/EDS, etc., with
1) Minimum 12 years overall consulting experience 2) Organizational Change Consulting Experience a) Executive Alignment b) Executive Coaching c) Change Agent Network d) Stakeholder Assessment & Management e) Organization & Job Design f) Communication g) Training
Candidates should have:
1) Preferred Business Focus Areas Record To Report Order To Cash Procure To Pay Hire To Retire 2) Application Experience 3) Experience in one or more of the following industries: h) Healthcare i) Telecommunications j) Financial Services k) Manufacturing l) Publishing m) High Tech
Individuals who have been spent recent years as independent consultants or working for small consulting firms will not be appropriate for this role.
Individuals may be based around a major airport on the Eastern Half of the U.S. (N.E., S.E.) or Midwest.
