Executive Job Description | In this capacity, you will work on a dedicated basis with one of our customers with responsibility for delivering category management services including, but not limited to, strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement. Key responsibilities include the following:
• Design and implement cost savings projects across multiple marketing sub-categories including Creative Agencies, PR Agencies, Media, Market Research, Events/Event Management, Fulfillment and Commercial Print • Engage with customers’ senior marketing management team members to drive and communicate progress. • Measure and manage “suppliers’” (aka providers, agencies, etc.) performance relative to contracted service levels. • Identify and resolve strategic supplier performance issues to ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements. • Work collaboratively with suppliers and customer stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.
