The Communications, Media & Entertainment team works with clients to innovate faster and better to deliver customer value, and realize the benefits of global operations. The strategic focus areas of our CME practice are:

• Flat World Operations, including Operations Transformation, Process Optimization, and Strategic Cost Reduction

Responsibilities:
Principal
• Business Development - Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice and the firm
• Project Management - Lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics. Provide overall project management necessary to deliver a quality solution that meets the client’s business requirements.
• Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business and technical solutions to support Best Practice implementations
• Thought Leadership - Provide insight to new and emerging best practices within a “Flat World” business environment and their potential business benefits.
• Practice Leadership - Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development.
Qualities, Experience, and Skills
• Previous Wireless / Mobile Telecoms industry consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4
• Good understanding of Wireless Products/Services, Convergence / Quad-play, Value-added Services
• Experience with consulting clients in OSS/BSS consolidations, Operations optimization, customer migrations strategies
• Functional experience with the following: Wireless Services/Applications launch; Convergence strategies/solutions; Value Added Services in Telecom companies, Telecom Operations Transformation, New Product Launch
• Ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, information requirements, process, organization and technology
• Well versed in working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and suggesting process improvements
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 4 days a week
