Executive Job Description	MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Public Health Washington, DC Client is a highly regarded international consultancy with expertise in product and service development, customer value, and supply chain management. The firm is very selective and prefers graduates from top US or international schools. Overview of Requirements • PhD and MBA. MS might be considered for exceptional candidate • Four or more years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience • Background in vaccine/biologics development - experience in the Biologics Industry (Vaccines, monoclonal antibodies) • Selling and managing consulting services to the public marketplace • Significant understanding of government agency procurement practices for purchasing consulting services • Fiscal planning, budgeting, and obligation of funding • Prefer candidates with knowledge of and experience dealing with key program decision makers (DOD agencies/departments and civilian agencies) and decision processes in major BioDefense programs • Security clearances very desirable • Must be able to travel 50%-75% The client offers excellent benefits, strong base salary and bonus.
