Our Digital Marketing Group is working with the world’s leading brands to provide innovative marketing technology solutions and large scale transformations to globally consolidated digital marketing operations. We play a critical role in bridging the gap between the globally dispersed creative teams and the process driven centralized technical operations.
Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Principal • Business Development - Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice and the firm • Project Management - Lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics. Provide overall project management necessary to deliver a quality solution that meets the client’s business requirements. • Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business and technical solutions to support Best Practice implementations • Thought Leadership - Provide insight to new and emerging best practices within a “Flat World” business environment and their potential business benefits. • Practice Leadership - Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development.
Qualities, Experience, and Skills • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably from a leading digital agency • Deep technology understanding in web and email production and operations • Understanding of technology and branding challenges specific to social and mobile marketing • Able to communicate in creative and technical settings with equal confidence in the role of an Agency Liaison and to internal technical delivery teams • Ability to work with internal and external digital marketing experts on project execution of web, email and mobile campaigns and programs. Ability to liaison to the creative and development agencies to provide education, training and project support • Ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, information requirements, process, organization and technology • Well versed in working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and suggesting process improvements. • Experience required in e-commerce, multi-channel commerce, B2C, B2B, program management, search management, search engine optimization, content/campaign management, portal strategy & implementation and order management • Experience in online marketing, on-line retailing or on-line banking • Working knowledge of change management concepts and principles. • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary • Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Willingness to travel 4 days a week
