Executive Job Description	EXECUTIVE OFFICE SERVICES Human Resources Consultants POSITION: Transaction Advisory Manager – ACCT#331 Consulting – Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN QUALIFICATIONS: 8-10 years Experience This role requires a CPA and current public accounting experience Mergers and acquisitions consulting experience required. Heavy private experience especially combined with past acquisition experience will also be considered. Responsible for the planning, fieldwork and project delivery of the due diligence advisory services. Utilization of prior experience and skills to uncover accounting and business issues on new engagements Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; MBA preferred CPA required Technical accounting expertise developed through significant public accounting experience with an audit background Inventory accounting experience required CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Executive Office Service is currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager for a rapidly growing Merger and Acquisition Advisory Services has created a need in the Indianapolis office for a highly motivated individual possessing strong skills and experience in accounting due diligence.
