We're looking for EXPERTS in any one or more of the following Insurance solution areas to become part of this exciting and rapidly expanding senior leadership team.
• Core Insurance Transformation (Life and Non-Life)
• Core Systems Transformation
• Claims and Policy Administration
• Executive Dashboard Reporting and Business Analytics
• Insurance Application Architecture (IAA)
• Insurance Information Warehouse (IIW)
• Enterprise Transformation
• Insurance Process Redesign
• Cost Optimization
• Post Merger Integration
If you have professional accreditation, such as Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) so much the better, but it's not an absolute requirement.
You will become part of the key teams involved on technology consulting projects and engagements that address transformation solution offerings such as Smart Claims, Agile Policy Administration, Insurance Operations of the Future and Insurance Executive Insight.
You will be working from client locations around the world in mature and growth markets and in some cases for extended periods. So global mobility is a key requirement for this role as high end consulting assignments are best performed at client premises.
Here's a summary of what you will need.
• At least 10 or more years of experience of which 5 years experience should have been in the features, functions and business requirements with SAP, Guidewire or other leading claims packages
• At least 10 years experience in scoping out, sizing new projects and proposal development and delivery
• Some experience in any of the growth markets is a plus and experience working in other countries and cultures. Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Russia, Africa, Latin America
• Prior experience in Management Consulting, preferably with a recognized, top-tier firm.
• Demonstrated expertise and ability to diagnose opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the clients needs
• Demonstrated expertise and ability to establish relationships with client executives (at CxO level) and be recognized as a subject matter expert in your area of specialization.
• Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling up to 5 days a week, some International travel; home on weekends if traveling nationally; live near any major US airport
