Executive Job Description	New York City based management consulting firm has just created a new position for a health and welfare benefits consulting practice leader for the NY region. This is an opportunity to take over an existing practice due to retirements and help expand the practice within the firm’s existing client base. This position offer unlimited professional and financial growth and outstanding technical support. We are looking for a H&W consultant with actuarial credentials (FSA preferred) and a hands-on leader to manage clients, engagements and staff. Someone with good client relationship building and business development abilities is the right person to step into this opportunity. Also looking for someone with a broad background who can cross sell other compensation and benefits consulting services. We would like to see 10-15 years of related experience along with some consulting firm background. This position offers an excellent compensation package with significant incentives including equity participation. Will relocate to the NY area.
