Executive Job Description	Major national management consulting firm has just created a new opportunity in their Human Resources Advisory Service practice in the New York Metro area. This person will work with senior managers and principals in providing employee benefits consulting to health plan sponsors (e.g. corporations, municipal government and health and welfare funds). You will be performing operational assessments and claim transactional reviews of medical, prescription drug and dental claims paid by third party administrators or by health plans. This is the fastest growing practice area in this renowned firm’s HR Consulting practice. It is an opportunity to grow with them with unlimited professional and financial growth potential. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of group plan design, pricing and claims processing. Experience with a consulting firm a big plus. Experience with operational and claims transaction reviews also a big plus. Position located in Northern New Jersey or New York City. Some overnight travel involved. 5 or more years experience required.
