Executive Job Description	A nationally recognized consulting firm is offering a growth opportunity in their health and welfare/healthcare consulting practice. This is an opportunity to join a growing and profitable practice and grow with it. They offer excellent compensation and incentives along with rapid career expansion. This person’s functions would include strategic, analytic and technical actuarial consulting services to health care and life science providers (e.g., health plans, providers, Federal and State governments, etc). Lead a team creating a model to value the impact of health care reform on health plan clients, review trend forecasting and predictive modeling tools, price alternative plan designs and define product strategy. Review reserves in support of audits of health care liabilities. We are looking for an ambitious professional with experience in group product design and strategy, a working knowledge of individual and small group markets. Part of this experience should include: Medicaid programs, Medicare Advantage and prescription drug programs, Medicare Cost and Medicare Supplement products. We seek 7-10 years of experience with a consulting firm and/or health plan provider or insurance company. Actuarial credential a big plus (ASA).
