QUALIFICATIONS: Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States Green Card / Work Visa
BS, Human Resources, Training and Development. MBA preferred. Credential from a recognized Institutions of Higher Education that are Accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent. 15 years business experience 7 years experience Managing Staff Development Programs Experienced in Change Management, Culture Change, People/Leadership Development, and Talent Management Expertise in Training and Business Development skills Strong Organizational, Coaching and Influencing skills
CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Training Program Development Manager You will be responsible for the Designs, plans, and implements corporate training programs, policies, and procedures. Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Contracts with vendors for employee participation in outside training programs.
You must have previous experience in a large corporate setting developing the following training programs: Professional Development Program Sales Assessment Simulation Tool Call Center Pilot Sales Incentive Program Marketing Windows Program Identification of business-wide training opportunities
