Executive Job Description | Our client is consulting firm specializing Healthcare risk advisory services, which encompasses HITRUST services. They help their Healthcare clients with information security and the increasing risks and liabilities facing the Healthcare Industry. They do HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF) assessment and gap analyses, and are experts in protecting their clients' healthcare information while managing risks and compliance with other regulations such as HIPPA, the HITECH act and PCI.
We are looking for a HITRUST Consulting Manager that will be responsible for serving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery. The manager is responsible for understanding their client's business and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry. Managers develop contacts within the business community and serve as a representative of the company in the marketplace.
REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently Must work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Demonstrated excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills Must have ability to multi-task Excellent project management skills Excellent client relationship skills Exposure to business development Excellent time management skills Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress
REQUIRED INDUSTRY / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum 2-3 years consulting experience Knowledge of Healthcare Industry Knowledge of HIPPA, the HITECH act, COBIT, PCI, and ISO 27001/2 Regulations & Standards Expert in Information Security
PREFERRED INDUSTRY / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Knowledge of HITRUST principles and Common Security Framework (CSF)
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, MIS) required 5+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry Professional Certification such as CISA, CISSP strongly preferred
ABILITY TO TRAVEL Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
