This opportunity showcases the breadth and depth of your understanding of the financial services industry where you will be leading large project teams with overall responsibility for successful delivery of shared services and outsourcing solutions to large financial services clients. This will require that you be capable of developing deep relationships within these client organizations and building effective cross functional teams across diverse stake holder groups.
Therefore you must have experience delivering complex shared services solutions, and proven success navigating the complex environment associated with working within the largest financial institutions in the world.
A key part of your role will encompass responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and overall revenue and achieving profit objectives, and appropriate business measurements for your project/segment of the project, according to the project agreement.
As a senior member of this business unit, you will also work with clients and the go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art shared services or outsourcing solutions for clients.
Here's a summary of what you'll need to qualify for this outstanding career growth opportunity.
You will need a minimum of 5 or more in some of combination of the following areas.
• Experience in managing at least 1 shared services/outsourcing project in a financial services environment.
• Experience in financial industry: banking, financial markets, or insurance.
• Experience in shared services functional areas which call on your previous job experience and training, and practical insight into unfamiliar functional areas.
• Experience in processes re-engineering utilizing cost reduction, process redesign.
• Experience in managing stakeholders that resist the loss of local control.
• Experience in developing future state strategy and implementation roadmap, I/T chargeback strategy and outsourcing.
• Experience in cost reduction and enterprise resource planning.
• Experience in financial modeling skills built through enterprise cost reduction.
• Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends; live near any major US airport.
