Executive Job Description	Midsize local Boston area law firm has just created a new opportunity for an employee benefits Attorney who specializes in health and welfare benefits. This is a very entrepreneurial opportunity with a growing firm to lateral in at the partner or senior associate level. You will be the lead attorney for all H&W work at the firm. You will also be the lead new business development person for H&W work with their existing clients in order to build this part of their practice. This is a very congenial working environment with plenty of support. We are looking for an experienced benefits lawyer in the Boston area who would like to move to a real growth situation. You should have 5 or more years of experience with a good deal of knowledge in the health and welfare plans specialties. If you have some portable business that would be a big plus and would be a requirement to lateral is as a partner. Compensation will be designed to fit the individual depending upon experience and business.
