Our Next Generation Commerce Practice is devoted to assisting our clients through complex marketing, sales & service business transformation programs. Job Responsibilities: Senior Principal • Lead complex engagements – collaborates with Practice Leaders to oversee, develop and implement strategies and plans for strategic transformation of client IT operations • Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business case for large scale IT transformations • Implement and deliver new Capabilities (processes, organizations and technology) in our client’s IT organizations • Develop innovative thought ware and new service offerings • Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development. • Attract new clients, expand existing client relationships, develop new business and generate new revenue • Build advisory relationships with senior client business and IT executives • Supervise junior team leaders Qualities, Experience, and Skills • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4 • Ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, information requirements, process, organization and technology • Well versed in working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and suggesting process improvements. • Key Skills: Online banking, retail banking/e-banking, ecommerce, B2C, internet strategy, analytics, CRM, user experience, program management, project management, Portal/eCRM implementation • Ideal candidate could be someone from a digital agency with banking knowledge or a bank employee working on an internet channel • Experience required in e-commerce, multi-channel retailing, B2C, B2B, program management, portal strategy and implementation and order management • Experience in technology enabled pricing transformation and implementation experience with pricing technology vendors including ERP vendors • Experience with system implementation is required, ideally with Siebel or SAP supporting the functional areas listed above • Working knowledge of change management concepts and principles. • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary • Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Willingness to travel 4 days a week
