Executive Job Description | Must have experience with creating the tables and narrative for an annual proxy and be a solid compensation executive. This position will manage probably only 1 person so the ideal candidate has to be able to be an individual contributor too. It reports into EVP of HR. Responsibilities
· Research, analyze, design, implement and execute competitive, cost effective compensation programs that align with corporate business and strategic plans, including executive compensation and annual proxy preparation at a public company.
· Lead the Compensation team in the creation and administration of a new compensation structure
· HR Expense management (headcount)
· Assist in the successful communication of compensation practices, policies, programs
· Communicate to all Human Resources staff and management on compensation processes, practices, and programs
· Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
· Provide technical and analytical support on executive compensation
· Provide technical and analytical support for the design and administration of performance evaluations
· Demonstrated knowledge of corporate 401k and Equity Programs to provide back up support
Minimum Requirements:
· Requires a Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university plus a minimum of 3-5 years prior compensation experience including progressively more complex compensation assignments.
· Executive compensation experience required
· Expert understanding of Compensation principles, practices and trends

· Excellent with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as experience with HR data base software

· Experience with other HR disciplines
· Workday software experience a plus
