Are you a sales professional with significant experience selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions? Are you a hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients? For years companies have outsourced major functions like IT, Payroll, Help Desk and other functions and realized tremendous efficiencies and cost savings allowing them to focus on their core business. More recently cutting edge companies have realized the same success outsourcing their talent acquisition function and now many more are seeking partners to provide talent acquisition solutions that are scalable and sustainable.

We are seeking a BPO Sales Exec ready to leverage your success in this market segment. Your experience navigating the complexities of selling business process outsourcing solutions uniquely qualifies you for leveraging that success in this rapidly evolving market segment. For consideration we require…. A True Hunter • A transformational sales professional. You must have a background demonstrating to Fortune 1000 companies that they can entrust outsourcing all or part of mission critical functions to you. • A background closing multi-million dollar deals and developing key accounts into annuities. • A well-established, extensive network of contacts at the Executive level. • A solid executive with strong business skills valued as a trusted advisor to your customers. • Ability to manage all aspects of the complex sale including establishing and maintaining a targeted and qualified sales pipeline, forecasting sales, negotiating and closing contract agreements and insuring ongoing customer satisfaction. • Sales experience in one or more of our target industries including healthcare, professional services, finance, manufacturing, life sciences, etc., is a plus.
