Executive Job Description	Management Consultants / Sr. Consultants / Project Managers International management consulting firm specializing in operations and implementation with strong growth in Canada seeks consultants, with a commitment to drive excellence in customer satisfaction, while ensuring profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements. You must have access to a major airport and be willing to travel Monday – Friday. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of external consulting, developed with a well-recognized consultancy where they have dealt directly with top clients and have implemented change management initiatives. Experience in supply chain, change management, lean manufacturing, and proven client handling skills are a plus. You must posses a sound knowledge of fundamental business concepts; ability to work in a team or lead a team; and facilitate change vs. recommending it. The position requires outstanding written/oral communication and presentation skills, mastery of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 4 year degree at minimum Excellent compensation and benefit programs available.
