The Compensation Manager will provide technical and functional expertise in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation programs, projects and reporting. Globally, this position will be responsible developing a global compensation structure, administer global compensation planning processes, and compensation reporting.
For Corporate and America’s functions/businesses, this role will partner with HR leadership and business/functional leadership to design and administer short and long term incentive plans and conduct job evaluations, and ensure compensation practices are aligned with company philosophy and policy, and are competitive relative to external market and internal equity.
YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: Execute and manage global compensation planning and reporting activities linked to Performance Management Process, including annual merit planning and implementation process globally. Work with HR leadership and HRIS teams to develop and implement effective processes Design and administer short and long term incentive plans. Administer global incentive compensation programs – including communications, providing accrual information to finance, payout files to payroll and maintaining all approval documentation. Conduct analysis of current pay practices against competitive market practices; make proactive recommendations for changes/improvements. Participate in appropriate compensation surveys. Handle job evaluations and compensation analysis for Business Unit and Functional positions. Understand organizational restructuring efforts and support through effective compensation management/planning. Within the US, you must have expert knowledge of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
You Must have BS or equivalent required. CCP certification is a plus. 5 + years of related compensation experience. Global compensation systems, planning, reporting and processes Analytical skills including advanced spreadsheet capabilities in Excel. Capable of presenting new ideas to the senior management team and/or business unit leaders. Process improvement oriented
