Executive Job Description | Business and Finance Design Lead
Our client is a rapidly-growing Tier One international management consulting firm seeking a Business and Finance Design Lead
Responsibilities:
Role : Business and Finance Process Architect 10-12 years exp. Candidates can live anywhere is USA.
• Strong hands-on experience in Business Process analysis and design • Extensive knowledge on Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Consolidation methodology using Oracle tool suite • Extensive knowledge of Financial GAAP and Management Operations reporting and reporting tools • Use of Workspace, FDM, Essbase and Smart View • Hands on experience with Facilitating decision making workshops for executives • Experience with multiple CoA’s mapped to a single CoA to produce Financial Reports (GAAP/Stat and Management) • Experience in creating rule files, knowledge on Hierarchy, Generation map it to Hyperion • In depth knowledge on Financial Planning and Reporting • Ability to understand and interpret balance sheet, Profit Loss statement of large enterprise • Understand different forecasting methodology like 5 quarters rolling • Ability to work closely with the IT Development teams from the Company in Business; in design & development area. • Put the Company first in defining a solution model that aims to provide Client with an end-to-end Company integrated team structure that offers services across architecting – development & sustenance. • Large complex Project Management experience is a must • Substantial Experience with large consulting firm background (Accenture, Deloitte, CapGemini, Wipro, CSC, Infosys, etc.) as an executive is a must.
Qualifications:
TECHNICAL
• Strong Business Intelligence skills and at least 3 referenced Clients • Extensive knowledge on Planning and Forecasting methodology using Consolidation, Planning and Data Warehouse tools/applications
DOMAIN
• In depth knowledge on Financial Planning and Reporting and Data Warehouse architectures • Ability to understand and interpret Balance Sheet, Profit Loss statement of large enterprise (ability to define the Account hierarchy to support GAAP and Management reporting requirements) • Understand different forecasting methodology like 5 quarters rolling • Understanding of Trending, Judgment to make budgeting and forecast based decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
Other Specifications for this Position • Must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time • This position would lead design and development teams of 4 to 5 personnel
