Boston – Chicago - Florida
We are currently looking for three Business Development Managers with a proven track record of selling IT Services/Solutions to major clients in the Retail vertical . The candidate can come from any of the following backgrounds : Sales, Consulting, or Retail practice areas, preferably with a Big Four Consulting Firm. Independent sales consultants who have not had 'Big Four' or large, regional consulting firm background within the last 2/3/4 years will not be deemed to be appropriate for this role.
3 Positions available- Chicago, Boston, Florida
Technical/Functional Skills :
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry / IT trends and Business challenges. MUST HAVE proven selling experience in Software Services
Experience in dealing with Onsite-Offshore environments.
Detailed knowledge on how to prepare responses to RFPs in the IT services area. Contacts and strong relationship building with the CXO in a specific area.

Roles & Responsibilities :
This individual has to achieve assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and building long-term profitable executive level business relationships in a specified region or vertical
Articulate benefits as they relate to customer business needs to generate additional sales revenue on an ongoing basis
Gather relevant information and accurately assess customer concerns and other market trends to provide meaningful input to management and contribute to the decision making process
Position the Company as a market leader in system integration in the retail area

Potential candidate shall be a hunter and shall have excellent track record of sales ranging between 5+years in solutions selling.
Potential candidate shall be an individual contributor and shall have C -level executive contacts.
Potential candidate shall have 8-15 years of domain expertise.
Quota handled: OBV shall be in the range of 30-50 mil.
Must have experience in selling large deals in the space of IT, Consulting, IT enabled Services,- with offshore components. Good CTO organization connections is highly desirable.
Posted salary includes bonus.
