Executive Job Description | The Associate Manager of Global Recruiting will be responsible for planning, directing and implementing strategic global recruitment & staffing programs that are in keeping with organizational objectives and ensure compliance with current legal requirements. He/She will be responsible for supervising a staff of professional recruiters and support personnel. Provide leadership in continual improvement of related processes. Works closely with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
- Develop and direct corporate staffing strategies for executive, managerial, professional and sales positions including process design and implementation. - Develop, implement and coordinate contract and FTE hiring to support global staffing and recruitment activities. - Develop and manage relations with external global partners. - Provide guidance and direction of overall global staffing and recruitment activities, processes and procedures and best practices. - Consult with senior leadership and managers on recruiting needs/opportunities to ensure incorporation of diverse workforce strategic planning into business and human resource planning. - Develops and communicates appropriate policies and programs to employees, senior management, and government agencies. - Serves as central resource for internal business practices in preparation for large scale global project initiatives. - Attracts, develops and retains qualified staff within the function. - Maintains and reports out on people metrics (new employees, promotions, internal transfers, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required. CIR, PMP or GPHR certification is strongly preferred. 10+ years of professional human resources experience with an emphasis in Talent Acquisition is preferred. 3+ years in management of a global staffing and recruitment function in a midsize organization. 3+ years of formal project management experience is required. Experience with contract staffing and recruiting of global professionals in the areas of technology (i.e. IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.) and senior-level management staff is essential. Proven success with relationship management at all levels within an organization. Experience with training as it relates to staffing and diversity is critical in this role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required. Strong presentation skills are required. Candidate should be bilingual, with the ability to successful communicate and conduct business in Spanish is preferred Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders. |
