Executive Job Description	Principal Consultant The Life Sciences Principal will assist the leader the Government Group and the account team leaders in setting the strategy for this business unit, which is poised for significant growth. Subject Matter Experts who have the ability to identify problems and then to assist in implementing solutions. This individual will function in a dual capacity, both serving as an expert consultant throughout client engagements, as well as assisting the Government leader and the account team leaders in business development, marketing, and in the assessment of leading team members. Under the direction of the leader who is the Senior Vice President, the Life Sciences Principal will have the responsibility for assisting in the development and execution of the strategic and tactical plans. Subject Matter Expertise: Individuals with experience in: Life Sciences: Clinical Regulatory & Quality Assurance, Drug Development Value Chain (R&D up to Phase II), Drug Development Process Improvement Develop a staffing plan for all Clinical/Regulatory projects · Formulate a strategic plan that projects staffing resources required to meet current market/client demand; and, with the business development and marketing leads, projects areas of growth and market changes. · Lead and provide active support to the Life Sciences staff; responsible for their overall performance and development (i.e. utilization and career development).
