Job Description
PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LIVING IN AUSTRALIA OR APAC, MUST HAVE CLEAN WORK HISTORY.

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead and provide strategic direction to the enterprise marketing functions. The Chief Marketing Officer will have broad experience globally and have a record of accomplishments in the advertising, marketing, branding, and communications arena. The individual we seek will understand all aspects of corporate advertising, branding, and marketing and be able to apply that knowledge and understanding to attain the business goals of the company.

More specifically, this individual will be responsible for:

• Contributing to and leading our overall business strategy. This includes what segments we play in, how we go to market, and how we will win in those segments and markets.
• Partnering with the Executive Management team to allow enterprise vision/direction specific to:
- Customer insight capabilities.
- Enterprise Brand.
- Points of Integration.
Results will include increased loyalty, growth and earnings (profitability, market leadership).
• Establishing and implementing a holistic brand strategy that will increase brand awareness and commitment from our customers and members and connect to our people strategy in that the skills we need to deliver on the brand promise is also represented in our talent brand driven by our Corporate Brand…who we are resonates with our employees.
• Designing and executing data driven customer and marketing communication strategies that engage the consumer and drives behavior change.
• Designing and flawlessly executing against an end to end customer experience consistent with our overall value proposition and overall strategic direction.
• Ensuring consistency of implementation and management of all marketing materials and customer touch points, including driving our portal strategy with consumers to deliver on more effective operating efficiencies within the Company and further driving a consumer model of “you own it”.
• Strategically managing the marketing budget to accomplish business strategy.
• Continuously expanding and developing a marketing mind set across all business segments of the company.
• Developing and directing the advertising/marketing communications (creative media), production and related functions to maximize sales objectives.
• Developing essential business skills necessary for winning business or expanding into new segments.

• Vice President, Global Enterprise Analytics/Customer Value Management

Educational and Other Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Consumer Products/Service Industry experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Be a visible Champion to our employees and consumers.
