DESCRIPTION:- The Implementation Management team is part of the Client Services department and is responsible for managing client projects whose needs fall outside standardized processes or system capabilities or involve complex technical implementation. In addition, they ensure a successful establishment of service, project plans, best practices and adoption for new use cases and features.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Drive process and product improvement within Client Services and with external departments, establishing and documenting business cases.
- Act as subject matter expert within the team for specific products, use cases, and/or features.
- Work on special projects including those related to new application development, product rollouts, and/or data cleanup or migration.
- Proactive, consultative client ownership, establishing client relationships at multiple levels, anticipating client reactions and responding accordingly, managing expectations and crises, gathering feedback, training users, etc..
- Work cross-departmentally to develop customized, supportable and sustainable project-specific processes and drive solution development and management. Develop, document and implement project plan and statement of work.
REQUIREMENTS:- Must have experience working with workflow engines such as: Apache, Bonita, Eclipse, BOSSA, Open WFE, WorkPoint
- Must have experience working with clinical software
- Must have experience working with document management such as but not limited to: Sharepoint, Documentum, Interwoven, Filenet, Hummingbird, Opentext, etc…
- Excellent presentation skills
- Background in business process mapping (BPM) and developing new, creative solutions in ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of big Pharma clinical operations and government regulations and experience implementing or consulting regarding clinical trial management and safety document management and distribution systems.
- Previous experience with eClinical software
Compensation:80-100 Base Salary +Bonus/Commission (negotiable on background)
